A Chicago native, Garrett Arons graduated with a degree in Business from Michigan State University and began his real estate career with Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc. Transactions include apartment buildings, shopping centers, industrial, and land development throughout the Midwest.

Garrett than transitioned to IGL Real Estate, an affiliate of Inland Real Estate. He was responsible for acquiring apartment buildings for condominium conversion.

From IGL Real Estate, Garrett joined Brookshire Investments and has been with the company since 2002. During this time, Garrett and has been involved with the purchase and sale of thousands of apartment units.

With Garrett’s strong experience and commitment to the multi-family industry, his skills in the acquisition and disposition of apartment buildings and a massive network of apartment building owners and investors, clients’ expectations have and continue to be met and exceeded time and again.
